Description
Ceramic vase with intensive green glaze. The body is bulbuously shaped. The standfoot is unprocessed on the underside. It is on a similar way as the ending of the rounded neck an element that emphazises the overall shape. Ornaments on the surrounding decorative band are tigers and other mythological creatures.
Green is a color of life and a symbol for the spring. A modern text says that green indicates the highest inner peace. [1] (HV)
